Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize blockchain-based trading algorithms and financial models
- Incorporate quantitative strategies into investments
- Conduct thorough market analysis and backtesting to validate and refine trading algorithms
- Enhance and monitor current risk management strategies, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for new initiative
- Initially work with the RockawayX Credit Fund and Labs team on strategy development, then build and lead your own trading team
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Proficient in programming languages such as Solidity, Python, C++, Rust or Java
- Experience with statistical modeling and financial theories
- (Plus) Deep understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and smart contracts
- (Plus) Experience within the blockchain space
