Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Rust Developer to join our small, agile team in building a greenfield, programmable, low-latency RPC service that accelerates on-chain execution for high-demand Web3 applications.

You will write high-performance Rust, contribute to the core architecture, and shape additional features such as:

  • Execution simulations
  • Service usage metering and billing portal
  • Observability and monitoring tools

As an early team member, you’ll have a direct impact on product design, technical decisions, and development standards, delivering production-grade code with robust testing and CI/CD pipelines.

What you'll do: 

  • Design, implement, and maintain performant, secure, and reliable systems in Rust.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate with project manager, other developers, tester and engineers to deliver end-to-end blockchain solution.
  • Perform code reviews, identify risks, and implement best practices for security and performance.
  • Stay current with the latest blockchain frameworks, tools, and security standards.
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Web3 applications that meet the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the projects
  • Testing the app stability and functionality by using unit testing tools

Requirements

Must-have

  • Strong experience in Rust and systems programming (3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of software development practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, code reviews.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in at least one other backend language (TypeScript, Go, or similar).
  • Experience building APIs and working with REST/JSON.
  • Ability to cooperate with team members on code/features

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with blockchain platforms and Web3 fundamentals.
  • Exposure to high-performance networking, databases, or distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of performance/load testing methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source Rust or blockchain projects.
